Key findings

  1. 32 patients undergoing axillary dissection with planned pLVB, in whom axillary vascular grafts enabled the lymphatic reconstruction.
  2. Interposition grafts were needed for 74.8% of reconstructions across 121 transected lymphatic vessels.
  3. 35 grafts (74.3% venous, 25.7% arterial), median length 5 cm.
  4. Median follow-up 15 months.
